Making Strides in the International MarketRAM Presented with Export Achievement AwardAugust 2004 -- Last years extreme fires in British Columbia brought RAM Systems' team to Canada via an order from the Canadian government. After two months of operating three systems in the providence of B.C., the fires were finally controlled and RAM was sent home but left with more than a few contacts. Their work during the summer of '03 did not go unrecognized. The U.S. Export Assistance Center, part of the U.S. Department of Commerce took notice and applied for RAM Systems, LLC to receive an Export Achievement Award for their work internationally. This recognition was approved and RAM Systems was presented with an Export Achievement Award on August 5th, 2004. This was an honor RAM Systems, LLC hopes to expound on in the near future, as business abroad not only positively affects RAM but Oregon's economy. The relationships RAM created in Canada have already led to a joint venture with a Canadian company and the formation of RAM Canada. RAM Systems future looks bright and further expansion seems to be right on the horizon. |
