New this year we have added the
capability to receive real-time data from the aircraft to a computer in our GIS
lab (which can be relocated to meet the needs of the incident on request).
This will allow incident managers to see what's happening with the fire at any
time during the flight, allowing them to make better informed decisions based on
this up-to-the-minute knowledge.
